The app displays this message when the initial transmission is in progress and the user attempts to log in on a second device. User must complete setup on the first mobile device used.

Setup of Additional Device

If message received when starting setup of an additional device it is appropriate and app is working as intended. Allow at least 24 hours for the initial transmission to complete before setting up on a new device. 

 

Troubleshooting Steps

If no attempted setup of an additional device, but still receiving message contact Stay Connected 1-866-470-7709.
