Forgot Password for MyCareLink Heart™
If password is forgotten for MyCareLink Heart™. Users can select Forgot Password to send temporary login credentials to the email address on file.

Forgot Password process
Click on "Forgot password" link on the log in screen.
Enter in email details on screen displayed.
Email will be sent titled "Password Reset - Medtronic CareLink™ Network." Users using Mobile Monitor will receive a Text Message with a clickable link.
Copy and paste temporary password in email and click the link in the email "Complete Password Reset"
Enter temporary password (copied from previous screen) and create a new password.
Click "Submit" users will receive "Success" confirmation screen.
Reattempt login with the new password.
Forgot Username or no longer has access to email
